What Payment Methods does Trifles and Treasures Accept?

What Countries does Trifles and Treasures ship to?

Trifles and Treasures ships domestically within the contiguous United States, we do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii or internationally.

What can I do if I forgot my password?

If you forgot your password, please select MY ACCOUNT at the top or bottom of the page. Then choose the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? selection from the dropdown menu. Simply fill in your email to request a new password. An email will be sent to your address containing a link to verify your email address.

Does Trifles and Treasures have a Gift or Bridal registry?

We do not currently have a Gift or Bridal registry. New product selections arrive weekly and will often sell quickly. This can make managing a gift registry extremely challenging. If you are interested in receiving gifts from Trifles and Treasures, we suggest that you ask your friends & family for Trifles and Treasures gift cards.

Will Trifles and Treasures send an order confirmation via email?

Yes. If you provide your email address when placing an order, we will send you a message confirming your order within 24 hours.

Will I be charged Sales Tax?

If you have a billing address in the state of Maryland, USA you will be charged sales tax in the amount of 6%.

When I submit credit card information online, is it secure?

Trifles and Treasures (TriflesAndTreasures.com) has sophisticated encryption and authentication tools designed to protect the security of your credit card information. We will do our best to protect its security on our systems at all times. Every page in our ordering process that requests credit card information uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, which is designed to render information unreadable should anyone try to intercept it. However, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our website, and you do so at your own risk. To help ensure others will not have access to your credit card information while on our website, we urge you to close your browser window when you have finished your visit, especially if you are sharing a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place.

What is the credit card verification number?

This number printed on your card provides a safeguard when a purchase is made using your credit card. For Visa, MasterCard and Discover Network, the code is the last three digits printed on the back of the card. Am I able to use more than one coupon code per transaction?

Trifles and Treasures allows you to use one coupon code per transaction. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any discount or promotion at our discretion.

When offered, what does your Free Shipping promotion include?

When we offer a Free Shipping promotion, it includes free ground shipping on your entire online purchase. The offer is valid for purchases of in-stock items only; not valid on items that require a delivery surcharge.

Does Trifles and Treasures offer Bulk Discounts?

Yes we do! Trifles and Treasures offers a variety of items that may be purchased in larger quantities. Please email us at support@triflesandtreasures.com to receive a quote and make arrangements.

Does Trifles and Treasures offer Wholesale Accounts?

At this time Trifles and Treasures does not offer Wholesale Accounts.

How can I place an order using my tax exempt number?

Unfortunately, at this time Trifles and Treasures is not able to process tax exempt orders.

How do I update my preferences and email address?

You can update your account preferences by clicking MY ACCOUNT located at the top and bottom of the page. From this page you can view your orders, update your account details and more. You are able to choose an option from the menu to learn more about each option.

I signed up for e-mail, but I have never received anything.

Double-check to be sure that your spam filter is not blocking your address for some reason. Also, be sure to have the most recent browser updates installed on your computer. Why is Trifles and Treasures email arriving in my junk mail mailbox?

It may have been flagged accidentally as spam; however you should be able to correct this problem by adding triflesandtreasures.com to your safe senders list. Please note - if you are using an employer’s email, they may have additional spam settings sending our email to the junk/spam folder. If this is the case, you will likely need to contact your employer’s IT department to “white list” emails from Trifles and Treasures.

I am able to receive emails, but they appear unreadable or distorted when viewing them.

On some occasions, your email browser may not display our email properly. Make sure to select “display images” if your email provider offers the option.

How can I unsubscribe?

You may unsubscribe at any time from our mailing list by simply clicking on the appropriate link located in our disclaimer within the email. The option to unsubscribe is normally located at the bottom of the communication.

Gift Certificates

Do gift certificates expire?

No. Trifles and Treasures gift certificates have no expiration date or any hidden fees.

Can the recipient return the gift certificate for cash?

No. Gift certificates can only be redeemed for Trifles and Treasures merchandise.

Do I have to spend the exact amount on my gift certificate?

No. If there is a remaining balance left on your certificate after a purchase that balance will remain on your account until the next purchase you make. If you go over the amount on the certificate, then that amount will simply be deducted from your total balance and then you can pay for the rest of the transaction with any other method of payment.

How can I check the Gift Certificate balance?

You can check the balance of a gift certificate by entering the code for the gift certificate. This information can be found by clicking on GIFT CERTIFICATES at the top of the page. There, you are able to purchase, redeem and check balances of any gift certificates you may have.

Will I be charged late fees if I don’t use gift certificate for an extended period of time?

No. There are never any late fees associated with the use of our gift certificates.

Can I use a gift certificate as payment on my Trifles and Treasures order?

Yes. Trifles and Treasures gift certificates can be redeemed for the purchase of Trifles and Treasures merchandise and gift certificates online.

I would like to use two or more gift certificates toward a single purchase. Can I do that?

Absolutely! Please call 301-842-4247 and one or our representatives will gladly combine your certificates to complete your order.

Why do I have to enter my credit card when I am using a gift certificate as my full form of payment?

The credit card entered is held for any incidentals. This card will not be authorized or charged unless necessary.
