SHIPPING POLICY

Trifles and Treasures currently ships to the contiguous United States.

Orders typically ship from our fulfillment centers within 48-hours from the time that the order was placed (Monday-Friday), unless noted otherwise on the product detail page. Orders ship from GA, IL, MD, or NC depending on product availability. We may list items that ship directly from our suppliers; in which case your order may ship from various warehouses throughout the United States. All orders are shipped via ground service and should arrive within 4-14 business days from the date shipped. Orders may ship via FEDEX, UPS, or USPS depending on the weight of your order and on your location.

Trifles and Treasures offers Flat Rate Shipping with orders of $150 or more qualifying for FREE SHIPPING.

It is our policy to notify customers via email once your order has shipped. Trifles and Treasures will send a shipment confirmation email containing the tracking number, status and ship dates for your order.

Although Trifles and Treasures strives to quickly and efficiently ship orders, there are times that a shipping carrier may delay the delivery of your order. These reasons are beyond our control and Trifles and Treasures is not responsible for delays caused by a shipping carrier. However, it is our policy to inform customers of shipment delays via email.

Every effort is made to keep our inventory information accurate. Nonetheless, unavoidable shortages may occur. Orders placed for items that are out of stock are typically cancelled. IT IS OUR POLICY NOT TO BACKORDER ITEMS. If an order is cancelled, you will be notified via email or phone.

When ordering, please ensure that the shipping information provided to Trifles and Treasures is correct. Should the customer provide incorrect or incomplete shipping information that results in the item(s) being returned to Trifles and Treasures by the shipping carrier, it is our policy to notify you of the return. Should you request that we re-ship the item(s), a $5.00 label fee per package along with shipping charges may apply. If you decide to cancel the order, you may be charged a restocking fee, which will be 20% of the item(s) cost. PLEASE MAKE SURE SHIPPING INFORMATION IS CORRECT.

RETURN POLICY

Please keep the following in mind when returning a product -

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN APPROVED FOR RETURN. IF YOU RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST, IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. CONTACT US AND WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH THE NECESSARY INFORMATION TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR MERCHANDISE.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return the product for a full store credit or exchange the product for a different one of equal or lesser value. If shipping charges were applied to your order, your credit will be less (-) any shipping charges applied to your order.

You have 30 calendar days to return most new, unopened items from the date you received it for full store credit.

Any product you return must be received completely unassembled and unused. It needs to be in the same condition and packaging you received it in, complete with all materials.

You are responsible for your own return shipping cost.

Returned products must be packaged safely and securely. If you return an item in loose or inadequate packaging, you may not receive a credit from Trifles and Treasures. This decision is solely at the company's discretion. Trifles and Treasures maintains photographic records of every returned item upon receipt.

Credit will be issued once we have received the item and it has been determined to be in like-new condition. Your credit will be less any original shipping charges, if shipping charges were initially applied to your order. In the event an item is returned and deemed to be unsalable, you will be charged the full retail value of the merchandise.

It is strongly advised if returning an item that you ship with a carrier offering tracking and to insure the item(s) for the full purchase price as Trifles and Treasures is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur during the shipment of this type of return item(s).

All DECORATIVE BOOKS are custom made to order and therefore no returns can be accepted.

Our return policy is subject to change without notice.

DAMAGED GOODS

Trifles and Treasures makes every effort to provide the highest quality merchandise shipped with carrier-approved materials. We understand that damages and defects can occur and we apologize for any inconveniences.

An item that is damaged in transit by the shipping company needs to have a claim initiated with that shipping provider in order to receive a refund.

If you receive a shipment with obvious or concealed freight damage, immediately contact the shipper and note the damage. Doing so will speed up the resolution of your claim with Trifles and Treasures. If you sign for a shipment without reporting any damage, the shipping company may hold you responsible for all damages.

DAMAGE AND SHORTAGE CLAIMS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENT. CLAIMS NOT REPORTED WITHIN THIS TIME FRAME CAN NOT BE ACCEPTED, WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

If you receive damaged goods, please email us at support@triflesandtreasures.com or use the CONTACT US form and make sure to include your order number. The shipping carrier will then be contacted. In some cases they may need access to the package for inspection. This must be provided for any refund. Once the shipping provider inspects the item in question, a refund will be issued by the shipping provider or by Trifles and Treasures, at our sole discretion.

All original packaging material must be retained to have your damage claim processed.

CANCELLATIONS

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE BY EMAIL – NO EXCEPTIONS. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us on the same day that you place your order at support@triflesandtreasures.com or use the CONTACT US form. Requesting a cancellation does not guarantee your order can be cancelled or changed as it may have already been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed and you have received an email confirmation of your order from Trifles and Treasures, your order cannot be cancelled.
